Or at least the ones who don't have any sense of decency or manners. There is a time and a place for everything - a man shouldn't stare at a woman unless...
* He is a strip club (or watching porn) - that's the point though!
* He is looking at the woman he loves as she walks into the bedroom wearing something extremely sexy :)
* The man and the woman are good friends, and they are playing some sort of drinking game involving staring...
Oh yeah, I forgot the big one - when the two of them are standing in front of the priest (or whoever), and say the words "I do."

This question/statement doesn't make any sense.
*All you little girls agreeing with this statement sound soo ignorant. If there were some little surfer boy with blonde hair or a skateboard staring at you, you wouldn't be at all grossed out, you would probably love it. You just probably aren't into the latin race or something and that's why you think it is gross to be stared at. Don't flatter yourselves.

Some men stare at women and some don't. Being Hispanic has nothing to do with it. Chances are you just notice it more when Hispanic men do it because you have insecurities about people of other races.

They always seem to say hi and try to flirt with me more than any other race. Even though I'm not interested(cause I have a man) I give them credit for being so secure about themselves.

OMG! That is sooooooo true. It grosses me out to the extent I want to go up to them and kick them in the face. But, sweetie, it's not just blondes. I am a brunette and can't escape the stares of Mexicans. I find that spanish men from Peru or Peutro Rico and El Salvador (spelling) are not as pigish!

ohmygosh i have no clue! and its so freaking annoying! like when we walk down the street and they stare like nobody's business! i think its a cultural thing in some countries, because in latin america its considered a compliment to gaze at women like that. well thats what a construction worker told me when i asked him why he was staring at me.
