yes, i can translate!!! but it is not from mexico, its portuguese from brazil! no doubt!ok?!!

This isn't Spanish(i.e., Mexico language), it's Portuguese.
It's a spam ad for personalised T-shirts that has appeared
here several times before. I would trash it immediately!

check different web sites as many offer a translation service for free and remember if it is Spanish there a different versions for example south American Spanish can vary from region to region. Good Luck
