I've always liked John 3:16 myself. For God so loved the world that who so ever believes in him shall not parish but have everlasting life.
My next favorite and food for thought is:
What so ever you do to the least of these you do to me! That one makes you think. About what if that lady broke down on the side of the road you didn't help was Christ testing you. Or that homeless mother and her children you didn't at least buy them something to eat is him testing you. Or that person laying in the steet you didn't help because you were more concerned about getting blood on your suit than that person's life. How do you know that person wasn't Christ testing you.

How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of those that preach Good News!! Isaiah 52:7 AND Romans 10:14: How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? An how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: How beatiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of Peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!!

If you serve, you should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen."

John 14:1-3

Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Fathers house are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you unto myself; that where I am, you shall be also....
