This Jessie Davis. issue has a real Scott Peterson similarity. Bobby Cutts is the only one with a motive to kill her. He's a cop and knows how to hide a crime. Actually Bobby Cutts has a bigger motive than Peterson did. He's married, already was faced with childsupport, etc. He did it. He can't account for where he was during the time in question.

Bobby Cutts is the only one with a motive to have commited the crime. Like Peterson he's puting up a good alliby , but, I bet good money he did it or paid to have it done. The whole relationship was stupid from the begining. Stupid people do stupid things. True, Bobby Cutts has even a stronger motive to commit this crime than in the case of Scott Peterson. HE DID IT!

Her patio door was unlocked. The 2 yr old didn't say Daddy hurt Mommy.....I was on a talk site on this and the racial overtone was unbearable. My summarization was that possibly someone who is very racial knew of her situation that she is pregnant with the 2nd child of a seperated black man who happens to be a cop and killed her.
The only thing that gets me is the clorox put into the bedroom which he would have knowledge of.
Wonder if he had a computer and they could get into the computer?
I just pray that they find the person/s that did this to a pregnant woman and in front of her child...the clock is ticking and odds are that she is dead. She would never leave her baby from what I have read of her.
Pray for the family and the little boy!!

I think it might have been Bobby Cutts, but then, why doesn't the 2 year old say Daddy hit mommy or whatever? The baby said Mommy's in the rug. but not who put her in the rug. Maybe daddy had someone do it.

Yep-I think h's guilty, too. Same case as Peterson's. Crimes against pregnant femalrs seems to be on the rise for various reasons.

I think the wife(estranged wife) did it. I mean think about it. He's married, been screwing around with this other woman, and, got her pregnant twice. Maybe she felt humiliated, and, snapped. The 2-year-old gave them info. He and his mom obviously knew who she was(what she looked like). Maybe she let her in for some reason and took it out on her in front of the child. Very smart kid.

My initial thought about it was that somebody wanted the baby. Could've been done with just basic medical facilities set out on the kitchen table. I'm sticking with this.

do not try his man just by your thoughts everyone is innocent until proven guilty, what if he is not the killer? i cannot imagine me going through this nightmare of if i was innocent and on the other hand whoever did this has got to be caught to the full exstint of the law let the system run its course

The longer she stays missing, everyone connected to this case looks suspect. Rather than shift blame and point fingers at anyone, my prayers go out to the missing woman, her unborn child and I hope if anyone has any information that leads to her safe return or whereabouts - please bring it forward!! No one, deserves to go out like this!!
