No, they have not, and will not. Here is the definition of a miracle by W.L. Craig : A miracle is an event which is not producible by the natural causes that are operative at the time and place that the event occurs. (*1
Therefore by the very definition of a miracle it is impossible for science to disprove it
Please note the following dialog.....
Lee Strobel: Does a person have to suspend their critical thinking in order to believe in somthing as improbable as miracles?
W. L. Craig, PHD: Only if you believe that God does not exist.! Then I would agree ....the miraculous would be absurd. But, if there is a Creator who designed and brought the universe into being, who sustains its existence moment by moment, who is reponsible for the very natural laws that govern the phisical world, then certainly it is rational to believe that the miraculous is possible! *1
So you see that as a believer in God it is not irrational to believe in miracles. The (miracle) ressurrection of Jesus Christ is the most well documented event of all ancient history. There is no ancient writings desputing the fact that the tomb was empty or that Jesus worked miracles . In fact the historian Josephus corroborated that Jesus was known for miracles and healings. The New Testament which documents the ressurrection and Jesus' miracles has over 24,000 manuscripts which agree with an accuracy of 99.5 %. The variations are extremely minor, spellings and etc . No variations alter any event or doctrine. It is therefore very rational to believe in the miracle of the ressurrection of Jesus. Also I have been an eye witness to 4 miracles in my life time and read about thousands more. So if one believes in the miracles of Jesus, corroborated by miracles he has seen in his own life, and also corroborated by the miracles attested to almost every day by a multitude of others it is not only rational to believe in God , in Jesus, in the Bible and in Heaven and Hell, but it is foolish and vain to believe otherwise. Come to Christ!!!

What miracles in particular? And what is your definition of "prove." In science the word prove is very specific. So proving or disproving miracles that happened or didn't happen thousands of years ago is impossible. Science is for ideas and religion is for belief.

No it hasn't.
Walking on water - no-one can recreate that.
Healing the sick with a touch or a word - scientists even fail with modern medicine
Bringing a guy back to life after 4 days - No-one can explain this scientifically.
I fail to see how science can possibly disprove the miracles of Jesus Christ.

Yup.
Walking on water - scientists can now walk on top of a pool filled with a non-utonium liquid.
Healing the sick - where to begin, a doctor innoculates you and you are protected, a surgeon carries out a heart transplant and the guy doesn't get heart pains.
Resurrection - scientists can bring frozen frogs back by careful defrosting. The frozen frogs shows no signs of life, no heartbeat, no brain activity beforehand - clinically dead, yet exhibits full bodily functions after defrosting. We don't bring humans back to life because nobody likes the idea of zombies walking around like they own the place.
Why did Jesus apparently do these crazy stunts? To make him look good, some ego he has.

Science HAS proved that there is no natural explanation for any of the "miracles" Jesus Christ is alleged to have performed, but it has not proved "He" did not perform them.
There is scant historical evidence, however, that Jesus even existed. And this in spite of the fact we have ample physical evidence to prove the existence of many older historical figures and many contemporaries of Christ...

Maybe the question should be has the bible proved any of the miracles that Jesus Christ performed?

David had walked in the air a few time , exist from the locked cell, therefore I believe science has proved that miracles of Jesus are TRUE.

It sure hasn't disproved the "miracles" associated with any other god, but I guess that doesn't mean squat to you.

Why does science HAVE to disprove them? I don't understand what you mean. It's up to you if you want to believe something that NOBODY can prove.

First of all, science could only prove how God did all of the stuff he did. The Bible just says stuff like he created Man and Woman, but it doesn't exactly say how he did it, he could have used evolution if he wanted.
My second point would be that where do they think all of the stuff came from that made the Universe? They could say the Big Bang did it, but where'd the stuff that made the Big Bang come from?
