If you can't anything better than just pure looks - than I'm afraid that you are a shallow person...
Try finding a guy who actually HAS some personality - not just a walking piece of meat. Remember - looks and physique are the first things to go... Mr. Adonis here will be all soft and flabby within the next 10 years - and he will STILL be as dumb as a bag of hammers ;);););)

Anyone who is SETTLING for a person because they can't find better just be dragged out into the street stripped naked and beaten to death. This whole notion that you need a person to make your life complete or better is utterly stupid. If you can't make yourself happy then don't look to someone else to do it for you. If you are concerned that society will look down on you for not getting married and having kids because that's what we're supposed to do then you need to grow up and be concerned with what you think of yourself and not what someone else thinks of you. If I cared what people thought of me I would never leave my house because there is billions of people who know I'm ugly, millions who think I'm stupid and thousand who think I'm boring but in the end I don't care.

If you're not happy with him and you're still looking it sounds to me like you've already made your decision - move on. You're not going to find anyone "better" if you're already in a relationship.
