Every day I run for about 20 min. and do a 25 min. pilaties workout. I eat right and drink plenty of water. I have been doing this religiously for about a month. Why am I not losing weight? Am I doing something wrong?

Wow ! you are smart and dedicated! You at least have a much better start than those who are trying pills, starvation, and no exercise.
I lost 70 pounds and I did plateau a couple of times. I would recalculate my calorie count, change my exercise routine, and bam! the pounds would go.
Step 1 - what should you weight? The healthy minimum weight for a small framed woman at 5'9" tall is 129 to 142 pounds. Weight for medium (139-153)or large frames (149-170). Add or subtract 3 pounds from these ranges for every inch in height. So, if you are 5'6" and small framed, your healthy range is 120 - 133. If you are at your healthy minimum, then just maintain what you got.
Step 2 - Am I eating to be healthy and lean? Go to MyPyramid.gov for a well balanced diet.
Step 3 - Up you metabolic rate by eating your calories in smaller healthy meals and 2 snacks (mini-meals) instead of 3 big ones. Add a new twist to you exercise routine. How about salsa dancing, jumping rope or swimming. Your muscles have gotten used to the work and you aren't burning as many calories any more.
Good luck, I think you will do great!

You may just be burning only the calories you consume each day. Running is only real effective if you run 15 miles per week or at least 1 hour three to four times a week. May be you should try some weight training with light reps. Doing multiple reps with light weights will burn all the fat off.

you have to do more cardio to lose weight - the first 20-30min you burn carbs and only then start losing fat, so you should be doing it for about 45min 4-6 times a week, definitely have one day a week for rest.
make sure you eat enough and small portions every 2-3 hours.

20min is barely enough for your body to create enzymes that will eat your fat... You need to make at least 30min exercise, 5 times a week, or 1hour exercise 3 times a week, and you will lose enough fat to make you happy.
Also women have baby fat that is harder to lose because it act as a reserve for the baby... Anyways, once you get fat, its pretty hard to come back to your older weight..
