There is this guy who sits next to me and the whole time he grabs himself over and over again. There is really no break. I don't know if he has like an STD or something else.

OK, sounds like he might have a real mental problem. Can you be more specific (almost afraid to ask this) on the "grabbing himself over and over again." Like he hugs himself?

What ever you do dont confront him. If you do hell be so embaressed and will become shy. Yes it may be gross but its summer now and you wont have to deal with it. Or you could ask your teacher to where sunglasses(say the lighs are to bright) then you wont have to look!

UMMMMMMMM. TELL HIM TO GO GRAB HIMSELF SOME WHERE OTHER THAN NEXT TO YOU. OR SAY HE REALLY NEEDS TO GO GET HIMSELF LOOKED AT BY A DOCTOR. OR TELL HIM TO GET A GIRL

that happend to me once, he kept scratching his balls though, but the private area just normally itch, thats if people keep wearing tight pants!!!!

but if hes grabbing himself then you should probably keep your distance, his fantasies are probably pouring out too much
