Its a sad fact of war that indeed innocent people do die.

I cannot speak of what you have seen on YouTube because I do not know what clip you are referring too however, I can speak of my own experience.

During this unconventional war it is an unbelievable feeling to know that your life could be taken away literally in the blink of an eye. There is no clear way of knowing a good guy from the bad...unless of course he has a weapon and is shooting at you. So with that mindset EVERYONE could be the enemy.

We have been over in Iraq for quite a number of years and the public is not unfamiliar with how we operate during our patrols. They know right from wrong but still they will try and chance their arm.

We have "Escalation of Force" measures in place to negate as best we can these unfortunate happenings but Yes they still happen. But when they do there are rigorous investigations and if a service member is found to be at fault then they will be dealt with accordingly.

It is no longer like the early days when coalition forces could lay waste to anything and get away with it. Now we have to really adhere to the measures or face the consequences.

The Brits are trigger happy and the radical Muslims are freedom fighters. Let's be little balanced here. What about the contractors hung from a bridge, the kidnapping and killing of three American soldiers, throwing people off 15 story building, using women and children as bombers. What about all this. If the Brits shot an ordinary motorist in Iraq I am sorry about that, but I need more facts of what the circumstances war. Watch what you think about war items that appear on the net. What is their agenda?

And I suppose YOU can tell the difference between an "ordinary motorist" in civilian clothes and a terrorist hiding in civilian clothes?
Unless you've been there with weapon in hand and your fanny on the line like these troops do every day, keep you hateful mouth shut!
Its easy to sit in your soft easy chair at home and be a armchair general, try standing in their boots for a few days and see how "trigger happy" you get....idiot.

they are no longer set off happy or conceited. they must be disappointed and with good reason. the only element that video exhibits is that the rustic could get those poor, courageous infantrymen out of Iraq. There regrettably must be a civil conflict there. Then the Iraqis gets the dictatorship that they seem to desire.

I don't believe that because the British soldiers have more discipline and the British uniforms do look like American uniforms from a distance.
The biggest reason i don't believe you is because you haven't got the video.

Errors are often committed by soldiers because they react to different situations with video footages not taking all of the incident.

If you put a poodle in a arena with a bunch of trained to kill pitbulls, would the poodle die? Probably.
Our soldiers are trained and eager to kill. That is why even the innocent get killed.
