vob, bup, ifo? how to join them?

Question

i decrypted a copyrighted dvd for back up (using DVD ENCRYPTER), and now i have about 30+ ifo, bup, vob files... but they arent typical mpg.001, mpg.002, instead they are
vts_01_0.bup
vts_02_0.ifo
vts_03_0.vob
what do i do with them? do i just drag the folder directly to a dvd... how would i convert them into mp.4 format? im really not sure where to go from there.

create a new folder doesnt matter what its named. In that folder make two new folders, 1 name AUDIO_TS and the other named VIDEO_TS, put all those files in the video ts folder. Open dvd shrink and press open file, point to the first folder you made and dvd shrink will automatically import the files to be burned. Hit backup and it will create a backup copy of the disc u decrypted.. If you just want to play the files get VLC player and double click the .VOB files, those are the video segments of the dvd..

decrypter only copies the dvd structure of the dvd you want to copy

if you want to convert the resulting files to MPG or other video formats you need to convert them
