What are the communication barriers when communicating with fellow workers?

Forensic examiners and Probation Officers are in a position of power over their clients/defendants/suspects/probationers. So... the power inequity creates a communication barrier... well.. to a certain extent. PO's have to keep their BS-meters running all the time...

If I have been your probation officer...i could sign off on those hours in case you assured a minimum of three best solutions from you each week... conserving you far flung from the city's universal inhabitants... it somewhat is my way of serving the community!
