I never eat breakfast but I drank some Vitamin Water at around 7:30 AM this morning. I 1/4 of it. Then at 11:30 I went out to breakfast and had three banana pancakes and a piece of suasage, along with water with lemon and orange juice. Since then I went to sleep for three hours and it's 7:35 so I haven't eaten since. I am 14 (graduated today). I feel like none of that is enough calories. Is it?

You might have eaten enough, but it also depends on your body frame. Even if you did eat enough, the food might not have been healthy enough. Pancakes and sausage links aren't exactly "health foods". Taking three advils isn't healthy for your age either. Try one or two, but not three. Besides, you are very young. If you start worrying about your weight at such a tender age, you might have weight problems when you are older. You may overeat or binge-eat because on your negative outlook. Try eating breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a peasant. (Approximately 2,000 calories a day; the recommended calories for the average woman.)

That depends on your size. If you're 10 feet tall and 1000 pounds, then it's definitely not enough.

If you aren't feeling well, its because you didn't get enough substantial food. Eat something hearty. Or, you haven't gotten enough food recently, so still eat something.
