I need to exercise every day - mostly running and weight lifting. I also watch stupid mindless television for an hour every day - usually sitcoms. And at the core of my inner peace is my faith.

There are several things I use; such as prayer, and quiet time, reading my Bible, or other materials. Being on Q & A, Movies, Music, and outings with friends. Even with my children at the lake, or park. I want to take them on a nice trip soon, so we can relax more, for me it does not take a lot to relax, and enjoy nothing sometimes, because of my previous life style. Yeah and sometimes I get bored with the normal, that's when I look back, and remember harder day's with no relationship with GOD. Then I laugh with boredom.

The best thing I can think of is to just do the best you can in life. If you're working and trying to give suggestions out and the boss doesn't listen to you. Life is too short to get worked up. Same thing for the family.

I have a recliner which, I visit at least one hour per day, after work. I start reading a newspaper and, am usually out for at least 40 minutes before I ever finish the first sentence.

probably not the healthiest option but for me: a splif, a glass of wine or a pint and a big cuddle from my boyfriend makes all my troubles go away temporarily.

Healthier option: i used to finnd working out at the gym was quite stress relevin, you go into your own world listening to music counting reps.

Listening to music, reading the Bible, sleeping, writing in a journal, reading, exercising, or talking to a friend all help me to relieve stress :)

dark chocolate and a wamr bath with candles. I also like to stretch, it helps relieve tension
