EDIT: no it wasnt me. it was a friend who got pulled over and had it on him. i dont think he has any priors. the police seized his car and he has gotten a lawyer. i know this still isnt that much info- im just looking to see what possible penalty he may be in for. any websites for this kinda stuff??

Not enough information. Do you have any priors? If so, when and for what? Was there a sale made? Was there money recovered? Was the money marked? Was it a buy and bust, or an observation sale, or just a legal presumption based on weight picked up in a sweep? Will they let you plead to less than a felony? If you're asking a question about a real case, hire a criminal defense lawyer ASAP.
