Well cheesburgers have a lot of calories as well as chips, so it would depend on your diet for the week, if you keep eating that, no because you dont loose THAT much weight in one workout. Losing weight is a lifestyle so you would have to eat healthier as well as be active.

you stop eating cheeseburgers and chips and you should run at least 2 miles a day. It takes a long time of running to balance out what you ate a whole lot more than 4 miles.

Grease also ruins the elasticity of your veins and arteries and immediately walking or running afterwards helps.
Anyways, I think it does a lot of just balancing out.

I assume that if you burn off more calories than you eat than youll lose weight. If you consume more caloories than you burn, you gain weight.

You won't lose weight. You might burn calories, but your body still has to work with the nutrients, and all you gave it was fat and carbs.
