Hurts under my chin.?

i have been having this pain and its right on the left side under my chin. when i feel it, i can feel something round (at least that's what it feels like) and it moves if i push it. if i push up under my chin it hurts and sometimes i have trouble swallowing. whats going on?

More than likely this is a gland that is inflamed. I advise you to have your medical doctor examine you to make sure that it's nothing serious.
