I feel I'm suck and stupid, the worst one in the world. I'm holpless and discouraged.I keep crying and crying everyday without a reason. I don't wanna keep in touch with others and feel irritated all the time.Sometime I don't wanna eat anything and sometime i eat lots and lots.My sleep pattern totally changed as well. I'm too tried to do anything and hard to make decision. I'm afraid of school so start to skip classes. The worst thing is that I can't tell my parents. They are always so busy that haven't got time to listen what i'm saying, I don't even believe they will trust my and I'm not trusting they as well. I really wanna suicide. You definitely have all of the symptoms of major depression. Well, that is the bad news. Here is the good news...it will get better with medication to correct the brain chemicals that have gone out of balance in your body.
You just need to email what you wrote to your parents or your school counsellor or both if you don't feel you can say this out loud. You can also just show up at a doctors office or emergency room, and they will help you.
Good luck, I know you will feel better soon

posting your email on an open forum is a really bad idea.

now ive said that, many people in school feel the same way, and have done in school for decades,
every generation believes their parents don't understand them, which has some truth at least. Your kids in the future might feel that you don't understand.

there must be something that gives you pleasure, singing drawing. writing.. find a way of expressing your feelings.

If you have difficultly talking to them face to face. make a video, burn it to disc, Telling the truth, the whole truth leaving nothing out. tell them to watch it.

You need to tell your parents. You've got to get to a doctor immediately. Make an appointment as soon as possible or go to the emergency room at the hospital.

I was diagnosed with major depression when I was a teenager. It's tough I know, but you've got to get help. I hope you feel better soon.

No one on here can help you.

You sound a lot like me. I went through that for two years. I'm seeing a psychologist now and I feel much better.

There's a light at the end of the tunnel, I swear. Talk to your parents. If you can't do that, talk to a trusted adult. You could also see your counselor at school, although I never did that cause it seemed really weird. Please talk to someone.

You are afraid of school. Tell your school counsellor. If the school is not helping and is making things worse, why do you want to hang around ? Before you commit suicide, is there nothing in this world that is worthy and deserve you hanging on ?

All of the things you have mentioned, sleep loss, isolating yourself, are textbook symtoms of depression. You may also have some anxiety issues.I urge you to speak with a doctor, I have had to struggle with deprssion and it really helps to speak with someone who understands and wont judge you start with seeing a school counselor if you are uneasy seeing a psychologist. They can help you train yourself to understand what is happening and how to work with it, look itno cognitive therapy.Inthe meantime, please remind yourself that it happens to a lot of people and you can overcome it and enjoy life again.Everytihng you describe yhas happened to me and a lot of people, you are not alone.I hated school and believe me you can get through it and life will get better as you get older.

First off....dont even think of suicide....any memory of you will be a not good one after you suceed in that. Nothing in this world is worth killing yourself over. Hell, I'd hang out with ya if ya just put that idea in the trash. Maybe try going to the doctor and have them put you on a medication, this may not be what you are looking for but it helped me in the past.

It sounds like you are very depressed. I saw an amazing therapist that helped me, when I thought nobody or nothing could ever help me. I was also suicidal but after many sessions I am back to normal. I actually got back to being healthy and I am very happy. Just e-mail me at delaneythehorsegirl@yahoo.com

I'm sorry to hear you feel so bad. You can change how you feel. I would suggest telling someone at school is there a teacher or school cousellor? you might be surprised at how different you might feel just after talking to one person. It could be the begining of a road to recovery...sounds all happy clappy, but believe me it's true.
