I have a zit. I also have rosewater. If I put rosewater on the zit, will it help it to be less red?

I should add that it is actually a rosewater tonic.

Yes, rosewater soothes skin so it will help.

Other things that will reduce redness:
1) 1% hydrocortisone cream
2) plain Milk of Magnesia - apply a thin layer, let it dry for 15-20 minutes, rinse w/ cool water. Helps absorb oil.
3) tea tree oil or Desert Essence Blemish Stick w/ tea tree oil
4) Crush 1-2 uncoated aspirin, mix w/ water to make a paste & apply to pimple. Let dry 15-20 minutes & rinse w/ cool water. This will help dry out the pimple & remove dead skin cells.
5) Cool water compress.

I doubt it will work. It seems very random.

Try ice to calm the skin or use eggs, bananas, or avocado to help heal the zit.
