It will actually taste better if made ahead of time and, properly stored in the fridge. All the flavors will have that much more time to infuse with the meat. Sounds like good eats.

I think so - as long as you put them in the fridge overnight.
Also an idea for next time - you can prepare big batch way ahead of time and freeze them. When you feel like Meatloaf for dinner - it's all done! Just pop them in the oven.

Can you make meatloaf ahead of time?
I'm cooking it tomorrow, would it be safe to make it tonight?

do you mean prepare the raw meatloaf overnight? thats fine, infact its probally going to make a great taste, the spices will "mingle" and the loaf will be more likely to stay together if refrigerated overnight
or do you mean cook the meatloaf and then store it? thats also fine
as long as you keep it in the frige! (or colder than 40 degrees) and when you reheat it, be sure the internal temp reaches 165F for 15 seconds, this will kill any harmful baceria that has grown overnight :)

You can make your meatloaf a day ahead, but remember that ground meat is much more spoilage prone than whole cuts of meat. Keeping your meat as cold as possible when mixing and refrigerating as soon as possible after mixing are essential.

If you mean can you mix the ingredients together and store it without cooking, yes but only overnight and covered up tight with plastic wrap in the fridge. If you mean can you mix it all up and bake it off and reheat, then yes again but be sure to serve it within 3 days of cooking or at least reheat to at least 60 degrees Celsius for a few minutes to stop bacteria growth.

Sure, as a matter of fact it should give the flavors more time to set. Kinda like marinading it or something.
