If they are speaking Arabic, yes. When a Muslim speaks English, "Allah" isn't always the word used to refer to God. Many Muslims actually use the word "God" instead of "Allah" when speaking English. If the Jews and Christians are speaking in religious terms, than they should probably say what their religion's general term for God is, like "Yahweh".
After all, Allah is simply the Arabic translation of "God" or "Yahweh".

You have brought up a good point in a strange way, Christan's and Jews call God - Allah in Arabic speaking countries. Even in translations of the bible in Arabic they use Allah. Do you still deny the fact that they are one and the same?
