can I tell him, " Noone asked me to the prom so I'm wondering if you want to come with me?"

Shucks no, it's not at all weird for a girl to ask a guy to the prom. I strongly urge you to take the risk and ask him.

It would be weird if you asked him out of the blue. He would think " why is she asking me to the prom we haven't talked for ages" You need to start talking to him at least a month before the prom. Sooner the better. Don't be scared, you don't wanna look back and regret not doing anything... at least if you tried you can look back and know you tried instead of thinking "what if."

It isn't weird to ask a guy to prom! Try not to get so down on yourself. I'm sure you are a great person. Try to relax a bit and not think so far into the future. If it's meant to be it is. Good Luck!

No way! you're not being "stupid". But one thing i know is that girls really dont ask guys out. Its guys who do that. And one more thing, I dont know how you look but I know that you're just as pretty as any other girl. Im sure that by the prom, a guy is sure to ask you. Even though if it isn't the one you want.

if you like him and your afraid that you wont have a date for the prom just tak a risk and ask...i have a bf, and i know what your going through. i wanted to go to a movie with him, and my brother showed me how to ask..i know thats kind of weird that my brother showed me, but hes kind of just like a big sister...well only by giving me that advice. lol and i dont think its weird to ask a guy. the worst thing that can happen is him saying no

Dont stress it so much. Try talking to him again. See how that goes and how you feel about him. Then ask him because theres nothing wrong with a girl asking a guy out.

if u realy like him then go for it its not gonna hurt anything and if he was ur real friend even if he said no then he would still be afterwards but seriously go 4 it!! and maybe if u asked then it would even start a relationship up again so try and ask!
u have nothing to lose!

You don't want to sit home on the night of your prom and you'll regret it if you don't ask him (if you like him that much). I asked the guy each year I went to prom (jr & sr). Don't sit home on your prom night :)

Ask him. If he says no, treat it as no big deal, or pretend that you were kidding. That way, your friendship won't be weird. HS is not the place to pour out your heart.
