Will one beer show up on screening?

I had one beer last night to celebrate my college grades with my parents and today I ended up having to do a drug/alcohol screening. Will that ONE beer mess everything up? Its been over 12 hours.

I wouldnt worry about 1 beer. Besides after 12 hours shouldnt be much of it left in your system

No, that beer is out of your system. They're checking to see if you're drunk *right now*, not yesterday or last week. Now, one joint on the other hand....

yes, it remains in your for up to 80 hours or so.
