my gas grill is well used and it has good flavor when i grill
chacoal is messy and if you do not wait long enough it can taste like lighter fluid

I'm not even sure what a turbo broiler is!
Can't beat charcoal for flavor.... although I persnally choose gas for convenience since we use our outdoor grill so often.

Charcoal imparts flavor that gas grills can't replicate.

wood or charcoal is best. add a dimension to the taste that can't be reached by using gas or propane

turbo is safer for the lungs now, but charcoal has the better taste...
