Too late.
My strength is down to geezer levels and my health is becoming more problematic (although I'm still at the griping stage rather than the drooling stage). My only consolation is that no one besides my mother ever considered me beautiful so I'm not losing that.
Okay, that's not really much of a consolation.
As one who has passed the half century mark, my advice to you young whippersnappers would be to do what you can when you can. You may not get another chance.

I do think of how life passes so quickly, but even as I grow old, I believe that beauty is within you, not on the outside, and my health and strength I can keep as long as I take steps to keep healthy and active. I see many who are way above 90 years who are still in great shape and very healthy!

Nope. I don't have to think about it. At 42, I am well aware of it. It seems that at 40, my body just changed without my approval.
The only way beauty fades is when ugly takes over the heart.
The only way health fades is when time passes - but health fades faster if we don't take care of it.
The only way strength fades is when weakness wins. Strength has nothing to do with physicalness.

Nope.
Your beauty is not contained merely in the body; the body is only physical.
Your health is not contained merely in the body. Your strength is not contained merely in the body.
The body is like a shell, or an automobile. The driver is like the spirit. The auto may become disabled, but the body can find another auto.

Life does go quick, but I think life always happens. Not reincarnation, but b/c your computer works & your car drives, and Oxygen is "O" & Titanium is "Ti" & Radiation is radiation.
Life is merely a code that always happens again, the universe is 14 billion years old, now that is a long time, but what is time, humans know time, but nothing else does, time as in 123, but everything is affected by time, ex/rocks

There is strength in perseverence, beauty in wisdom, spiritual health in the body slowing down. Growing old is nothing to fear for those who are comfortable with themselves.

I could walk across the street and get run over by a mac truck tomorrow. So, yes, we should appreciate every moment and every person we come in contact with because we know not what the future will bring.

Yes it sucks. I don't want to be old. I don't mind living for a long time but stuck physically at 30 would be fine for me.
My only joy is that hopefully I be wiser but that's no guarantee either ;-)

Yes. I've accepted it at a fairly young age. We are animals who wither away just as plants. We are recycled elements of the Earth which was formed from a star.
