?????? at 4 days old there is no such thing as bloat. There is a reason for concern if the pup is crying all the time or if he isn't pooping.
Could it be that this pup is over feeding and is just very full???
To be safe with your pup have your vet check him or her out this way you'll feel better and so will the pup.
Did you know that mom and the litter should vet check 48 hours after she delivers???? Maybe you should get the whole gang in for a quick check up.

HUH? 4 days old?? You should see a vet.. Puppies can die very easily, within a few hours if there is something wrong.. I had a puppy that would get a sore belly, if I gave her mom yogurt and it passed thru the milk to the puppy.. I couldn't give her yogurt til the puppies were about 3 weeks old. Could be something your feeding mom, or it could be something very serious.

it the belly is bloated and tight it usually means he has worms.. if you give him powdered garlic and yeast and watch him and keep him outside he will within 8 hours crap out the worms which most likely are roundworms...it is really gross but it works...
