I do. Not only because of the baptism of the Holy Spirit, and the gift of tongues, but because we can't live holy lives without Him

Never have and never will. In the 4th grade, a priest at my Cathoic school told us at morning mass, "Children, why do you believe in the Holy Spirit? Because we tell you to." I immediately started doubting everything I had ever heard about religion. You can't just pull one over on a kid. They are smarter than you think.

I believe the Holy Spirit is given by the laying on of hands by those who hold the proper priesthood authority.

Acts 8:
14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the apostles’ hands the Holy Ghost was given, he offered them money,

I'm pretty sure Catholics still do, since they actually mention it in their prayers. But I don't know about mainstream Protestants. All they can talk about is Jesus. No-one even mentions God anymore. Its all Jesus, Jesus, Jesus.
They sure don't act like they believe in the Holy Spirit. I mean, if they believed in it, and they are Christians who believe in Jesus and have asked for forgiveness of their sins, isn't the Holy Spirit supposed to inhabit them and fill them with Grace? Do people filled with Grace give me alot of thumbs down? I rest my case.

The LORD Spirit doesn't believe in man much.

Genesis 6:3

3 Then the LORD said, "My Spirit will not contend with [a] man forever, for he is mortal [b] ; his days will be a hundred and twenty years."

I do. The HS lives inside of me. The HS is part of the trinity. God the father, God the son, and God the Holy Spirit.

Yes, I do. Its a free gift only offered by God if you surrender in humble, genuine repentance to His only begotten Son Jesus. And once you have that gift, God brings you up into a whole new level of spirituality with Him, above and beyond what this world or anyone in this world could offer. I sincerely hope everyone who wants to know Jesus and have a deeper walk with God, to receive this gift with a sincere heart.

God Bless You!
