When going into an adoption and two people are married is it posable for just one person to adopt?

When the person adopting is in the military?

Yes, it's possible for a single parent to adopt, my mother did. It is also possible for you to adopt if you wife/husband is out of the country.

are you saying your husband is stationed out of the country and you two wish to adopt? if that's the case, i believe you can get the ball rolling but, they will still need to meet with him before anything is finalized.if what you mean is that only you wish to adopt then i have to ask, what's the point?
