You can download torrents for many TV shows. Do a google search with the name of your show, preferrably with the specific name of the episode, and the word "torrent". Most of them are free, but you might also need to download a torrent program.

ive been looking for the same thing and i could not find anything but if you want the long answer buy a tv tuner for your computer / dvr / tivo
