File this one in the folder with the other answers that say as long as the flour isn't moving (bugs/weevils) then you're safe.

as long as there are no bugs crawling around in them you should be fine.
I sometimes find those little "weevel" thingies in my flour. Then I toss it. But I would think you'd be fine.
