I'm baking cookies and i mixed everything in already. But I noticed that the flour's expiration date my 5/6/07 and it's already june, should i throw the batter away?

expiration date is just a guideline for when the product is at its best
go ahead bake the cookies then bring some back for the rest of us :)

File this one in the folder with the other answers that say as long as the flour isn't moving (bugs/weevils) then you're safe.

as long as there are no bugs crawling around in them you should be fine.
I sometimes find those little "weevel" thingies in my flour. Then I toss it. But I would think you'd be fine.

no.. it's fine since its a dry product..
i would worry if it was milk or canned food.
