USP stands for United States Pharmacopeia and that tells you the company prepared the product according to the standards of the United States Pharmacopeia. Most likely both have the same affect and same amount of caffeine particles but the salt on the molecule is different. That is what you see when there are prescription products say sulfate or HCl (hydrochloride), or potassium, etc. I would make a good estimate that they are going to do the same desired effect with the same results. The alkaloid is being used as a marketing tool to make it sound more potent or more pure so they can charge more. People will assume that the cost justifies the ends if it is more of a kick or fat burner (the better, quicker, easier way is desired) imo. I would just get the generic version because it will be just as affective and you will be awake as if you drank a cup of coffee instead of a sip of water and a tablet. Who's ceo are you less irritated about lining their pockets?

It's the same thing whether you get your caffeine by drinking coffee or by taking a pill. A caffeine pill is only a bad drug if you believe coffee (and chocolate) are bad drugs too. But be very careful with caffeine pills, because it's easier to take too many pills than it is to drink too much coffee. Whether or not you believe caffeine is a bad drug, it is most certainly a drug and it can harm you if you take too much. If you take too much caffeine it probably won't kill you (unless you take a whole lot), but it will make you very anxious and jittery and nauseous and completely unable to study.

Why not drink the coffee then? I never liked the thought of taking caffeine pills, I can't see what they are good for. Some people say they are good for staying up at night to study for a test, if you don't know a class well enough to take a test I don't think you are going to learn enough to pass the test in one night. Some say to keep you awake, I think if you are so sleepy that you need pills to keep you awake, I think you need to sleep. Caffeine by the pill can't be good for you, I don't think anyone needs them.........GOOD LUCK....

People who plan their weekly meals tend to be successful at losing weight than those who don’t. Plan your dishes to include healthy carbs such as nice potato and wholegrain pasta, vegetables and lean proteins, buy all of the ingredients in advance and don’t be tempted you can eat out or order in.

Use spray oil instead of pouring. One squirt contains merely one calorie compared to 120 calories coming from a tablespoon. If you use oil with your cooking daily, this small change could lose that you stone over the year.

Time your eating and exercise appropriately. Never eat when you work out, and wait 30 to 60 minutes after training to guarantee you catch your metabolism from its highest.

Choose spinach over any green veg: it packs in double the fibre to help you process fat more quickly.
