If President Calderon effectively shut down the drug cartels, created jobs with reasonable salaries, improved health care and raised the standard of living and called for your return to benefit Mexico, would you go?

The intent of this question is serious.
The most common reason given for illegally entering the USA is to make a living. If the opportunities existed in Mexico, would an illegal go home if Calderon asked them to come back and support Mexico?
Any reforms would do little to stem migration, however, unless they reach the poorest regions in the south, such as Chiapas and Michoacán. These areas are the main source of migrants to the US, and a better economy there would help keep valuable workers in Mexico. Among his reforms, Calderón has offered help to young entrepreneurs and launched job-training programs.
