The previous vaccines given really dont make that bit of difference. Up until about 8-9 weeks the maternal anitbodies are still in the puppys immune system. therefore any vaccines given make no difference because the puppy hasnt begun to form its own immunity. So a good vet will start from scratch. You will need at least 3-4 shots, your vet should know what is needed in your area (if you need lepto or not). The pup will need a bordetella vaccine and depending on the form (nasal, or injection) may be more or less in cost. You will need a fecal test to check for parasites. Then deworm just incase something doesnt show up on the test. And get your dog started on heartworm and flea prevention. If there are any other problems your vet notices, ear mites, infections, etc. it may be more. Just be prepared for anything. Call around and get estimates and ask about the details of the visit. Then bring about $50 extra bucks for any treatment or surprises that arent expected.

All depends what you are getting done.

My vet charges $35 for the exam and everything else costs more (shots, treatments, ect)
Our vets office offers half price vaccinations on Wednesdays. In your area you might have similar things if thats something you need done.

$30-50, my vet costs $40. you should go in at least once a year, extra if you think your dog needs it or has special needs. if you want the dog neutered or spayed its around $80-$120 and shots are usually $40-120.
