hhhmmm, thats a tough one.........well, considering u don't want to see a doctor. i would suggest u at least call the hospital, and speak with some one who could answer your question!? have u tried using some Icy Hot, or muscle relaxer cream? that might help. well, good luck. hope u feel better soon.

For pain that you have been having for over a year and the damage it is causing, it is best to go and see an Orthopedic doctor. That happened to me one time and I went and he gave me some tablets that worked liked magic. I did not warm up and was race-walking and pulled something. It might be a bit expensive but you have to go. You could also try Musterrol or Radium B or something of the sort. Good luck!!!!!

Create it or not., this problem never disappears. But try exercises terapeuticos for the part injured. You should not run, to smoke and to avoid the alcohol. Also use a pillow under your ankles., this helps you enough and try it to do it every night before sleeping or in your times of rest.
Pdata., if this does not function you., then I can say you another tip better than this. In the personal to me worked., although this is a little unpleasant for many people.
(good luck)

you're going to have to see a medical doctor to find out what the problem is and what type of treatment would fix the problem. From there you can make a decision about what you want to do.

you can also try a doctor of chiropractic medicine for treatment. Many times they can help very quickly with muscle problems.
