My personal belief is that G-d is neither a man or a woman. G-d is a spirit, who is everywhere.
Each religion is different, and I suggest you look into it more! Not necessarily to convert (that's a decision that you'd really have to think about before even considering) but to be informed. Definately look into judaism, wicca (it's nature based with freedom on beliefs of god, not satanic. Until you read legit sources about it, you can't call it that. Just putting that out there :-P), islam, and buddhism. Also, and smaller denominations I haven't listed :-D
No religion can tell you exactly what G-d is, just their own opinion.
Believe what you want to believe. My only other suggestion is don't make up your mind about what another religion believe. Keep your mind open!
Wikipedia.org is actually legit in looking all of those religions up, consider that.

The only advice I can offer you is to read the Holy Bible. Yes, it may be confusing, but it will answer your question. Read Genesis, in the Old Testament. (First Book)
John 3:16 says: For God so loved the world, he gave his only begotten son so that those who believe in him shall not parish, but have eternal life.
God is a spirit, but he sent his son, Jesus. In His eyes, we are all his sons and daughters.
BTW: God created Adam first, from clay/dirt and then created Eve from one of his ribs.

God is a man. Goddess is a woman. This issue is similar to whether or not a father is a man. A father, by definition of the word, is a man. A mother is a woman. So, therefore, God is a man and Goddess is a woman.

God made all of us in HIS image, not just spirit, but body as well. That doesn't mean that we all look like Him, but our bodies work the way His body does. Yes, I believe that God has a body. How else would He know how to make ours?? Does it make Him less that He has a body? No. I think it makes Him more. He understands what it's like to be sick, to have problems. This can help with compassion, love, mercy and everything else that God is about.

God is not a man.
People misunderstand the verse where it says God made man in His image.
Im sure He meant that man is made with qualities that God has too: mercy, compassion, love, power, seeing, hearing, knowing etc but on a lesser degree.
Why do I say that?
Because no one knows what Gods image is like, we only know God through His qualities, so to us, His qualities are the way we see Him.

If G-d is a spirit, (which is mind, will, emotion) then perhaps He is something else as well, which would contain His spirit. Like a soul... (which is the essence of who or what one truly is) The body (male and/or female) is only the vehicle that allows one's spirit and soul to become manifest in a physical world. (Many believe that G-d hid the power of His glory in a physical manifestation so that it would be available to it's full degree in the world... Yeshua (Jesus)).

Your confusion will clear quite a bit after age 22 or so. Try as best you can in the meantime to shake off as much of the moral relativism that you learned in public school as you possibly can. This is the source of your confusion.

Jesus is GOD wrapped in flesh.
that's why adam was created in His image (eve was created from adam, in his image).
Christianity is not confusing - nor is the Bible - if you are taught correctly. conflict & confusion sets in when you do not believe correctly.
sincerely hunger & pray for God to lead you to truth - not to false doctrine. there is tooooooo much of that out there.
