You know the answer to your question. You may be able to work despite the fever but you are ill. You need to leave work go home and rest. Adequate hydration is essential. If the fever persists tomorrow you should consider seeing your family physician. A fever is produced by the immune system. Physical labor in the heat will only drive the fever higher. It is true that there is no level of fever that is harmful in and of itself but by working with a fever you run the risk of driving your temperature higher and developing a heat related injury or heatstroke which may cause collapse or even death.

Go Home! You are infectious and you are going to make all the people around you sick, as well as those passengers whose baggage you are sneezing and coughing all over.
102 fever means a serious infection, if you keep working, you are going to end up losing more than one days work, it could be several. Go home, take a day or two off and get yourself well.

No that is this is not okay generally an oral fever of 102 is the same as a rectal temp of 103. This is not safe. And with your being busy at work, you are going to make yourself very ill, and you are spreading your germs to others and their baggage.

first of all when you have a fever of 102 that means you have an infection, and you should not work with a fever of 102. this can cause nerulogical problem like you can go in to sezuire.
you must slow down and go to the doctors if the fever does not go down. tke motrin that is effective.

Man...I feel your pain. I had to go to work this week with a 100.8 fever and stomach bug because I couldn't miss a day. It is draining to do physical work with a low immune system. I would say take off if you can and sleep. Sleep it off and drink lots of water with multi vitamins. Why get even more sick because of work? I am a teacher and had to go in this week because it is the last week of school...too much to do and really couldnt take off.
Call in sick and rest.

i say you shouldnt. sure, you might be able to do it, but since you have a fever, and are a little weaker than usual, you might pull something.

No. You should go to the hospital.
At 101 degrees, your fever becomes fatal - you could die.

You're contagious. Please stop so that others won't catch your illness. I day of missed work is better than a hospitalized patient that was (respectfully) stubborn and wouldn't stop working when he was ill...and he KNEW it.
