You and me both! My butt is flat as a pancake. Here's one exercise I've tried, but it takes time for the gluteus maximus muscles to develop. Lie on the floor on your stomach and with your right knee bent at a 90-degree angle, raise your leg as high as you can while raising your head, like you're going to touch the back of your head with your foot. Do about ten reps, then do the same with your left leg. As I said, it takes time. Meanwhile, get a Frederick's catalogue. They sell briefs that have padding in the seat to give the illusion of a bigger butt.

exercises like the squat, leg press, plyometrics, swimming and all out sprinting all provide optimum stimulation of the gluteus maximumus and the leg in general. however exercise only provides the stimulus that is needed the diet ultimately determines the size of the muscles. you need to eat very healthy to insure that you increase the size of the muscles and not your body fat %

Ballet helps and of course baseball. I don't know what it is they do, but check out baseball players, they do not sport small butts.
