Well, in Spanish you can say "Salud", "Jesus", and if you are a close friend of this person maybe as a joke "Salubridad" - This is the common name for the Wealth Department in Mexico-, as saying that he/she is very sick and need to be checked by them.

Well, let's see. In English, you would say, "God bless you". In German, you would say "Gesundheit", which literally means "health". I don't know what you'd say in other languages.

English - Bless you!

German - Gezzhuntheit! (I think I spelled that very wrongly. Oh well!)

Spanish - Salud!

Japanese - Odaiji ni!
