Yes! I do not have a home phone and I get my broadband through my cable company. I am pretty sure all cable companies offer this. I only pay 19.99 a month for very high speed internet through time warner/adelphia

yes there is.but it still depends on that provider. us here in the philippines we can have it w/o even having a landline phone
