Charity for Military in SE Michigan?

Question

Does anyone know of a Military charity in SE Michigan that takes used car donations where the Vets get the car to sell for parts and get to keep the money they make from it? I have a good used car that I would like to donate to something like that. But only if the vet who gets the car gets to sell it for parts and keep all the money they make from it. Please give website or phone number if you have it. Charity Orgs only please.

I don't know about local charities, but I would certainly urge to contact your local branches of national veteran's charities and ask them if they have any programs like what your talking about. Contacting anyone of these organizations and explaining your willingness to donate I'm sure will get you a positive and helpful response.
