I am just curious as to what they are and if any one has ever experienced any complications and/or side effects of any seriousness related to taking the pills. Thank you.

Understand that the FDA does not regulate what goes into those because they are marketed as 'supplements' not drugs. Supplements can cause major interactions with prescription drugs.
Also understand the Zantrex as well as several other companies are being sued for advertising things that aren't true. If a pill could magically allow people to loose massive amounts of weight we'd all be thin. Those pills fall in the same category as the breast enhancement pills.
The best way to lose weight AND keep it off is through diet and excercise.

Zantrex 3 is the worst diet pill I've ever taken.. i had the worst side effects from it and was hospitalized. I had problems breathing. . I Was Vomiting, severe diarrhea.. every time I drank something even water it was coming back up.. it caused my stomach to bleed.. I was very dizzy.. and very weak. I DO NOT recommend this product to ANY ONE

Eat 5 6 small meals a day instead of 3
