DO NOT answer me with how to get to MS Paint! IT WAS DELETED! Does anyone have a website that can let me download paint?

Not legally. If you want to reinstall it, you'll need your Windows install media.

MS paint is part of the Windows operating system. In XP You can re-add it by going into the control panel and opening the add/remove programs icon. Then on the left side click on the add/remove windows components button.
Paint is listed under Accessories and Utilities So double click that option A new window will open showing accessories and games. Double click on accessories a new box will open. Put a check mark in Paint and click OK that takes you back on box Click OK when you get back to the main Windows component Wizard box, click on Next and Paint will reinstall.
In rare cases you might need the XP CD but not normally.

Just run a system recovery on your computer back to before it was deleted, and it will be reinstalled.

its part of windows components have tried add remove progs then select windows components tab and seeing if its ticked in there if not tick the box and it should be back. may need windows disk
