Serve grilled salmon.

You could also grill some fresh veggies ... little olive oil, season a little bit with salt & pepper.

It depends how heavy you are on the veggies in the actual salad. If you didn't already put veggies in then I would say steamed broccoli. If you have the veggies covered then serve it would serve a light fruit salad. Just get berries, whipped cream and graham crackers. Layer them all and put in the fridge for an hour and that's it! It softens the grahams a little like a crust.

For dinner, I'd go with a nice fillet of fish or grilled chicken and some steamed veggis. For lunch, do a nice toasted ham and cheese sandwich.

If you have a hearty salad that is basically your entree, I would serve a good crusty bread with a side of light garlic butter to dip into.

What will go great with this is soup,a baked potatoes and warm bisects. That is always good. If you want meat you can make steak or chicken breast with this also.

Whenever I make antipasto, I also grill chicken breasts or steaks. But cheeseburgers and hotdogs go well with it too.
