I would assume not, since an evil god is usually drawn up as a counterpoint to an interventionist god in order to explain evil. Deists sidestep the problem by (sort of) clipping god's omnipotence away by saying she doesn't do *anything* these days.

There are many branches of Deism. There is just as much division in Deism as there is in Christianity or Islam or Buddhism. But in general no, there is no antagonistic supernatural force. Generally they believe there is God, and God is virtuous and it is our duty to seek virtue, but there is no such thing as "sin" that is caused by an enemy agent, nor is there a divine plan to redeem us from that sin. We are basically on our own.
