I am addicted to the Chipotle flavored Tabasco sauce. I put it in and on almost everything. It is especially good mixed in ketchup and tossed on burgers, hot dogs and fries. A little kick, but loads of flavor.

Tabasco is a brand of hot sauce manufactured in New Iberia, Louisiana. But so are a lot of other brands. The flavors of most hot sauces, such as Tabasco and Louisiana Hot Sauce, have too much vinegar in them for my taste.

I might use different brands of hot sauces, including jalapeno hot sauce, but invariably I'll mix in red pepper flakes for an added bite. Habanero hot sauces are certainly hot enough, but I dislike the taste of habanero peppers.

On my kitchen island trough rests about ten different brands of hot sauce along with red pepper flakes. But then my wife and I keep on hand fresh jalapenos year-round.

I like any really good, tasty and hot pepper sauce. My favorite is Habanero. My tolerance has grown and tobasco is just not spicy enough for me anymore. My man makes an incredible chile sauce too, as hot as we can stand! Yay!

I use a lot of different ones. Generally for breakfast foods (burittos, biscuits and gravy, etc) I like Gunslinger. It doesn't overpower the food and just adds a little hot and super flavor. For pasta dishes, I like to use Crystal Classic Habanero sauce. For casseroles I tend to use Tabasco.

Hope this helps!
