One thing is for sure: There is a correlation between misspelled angry emails and a literal interpretation of the Bible.
I block people who send me hatemail. I recommend you do likewise.

Oh yes. Every time I have ever gotten a flood of violation notices it is always preceded by angry e-mails threatening me.

not in my experience... I have gotten death threats and several other negative emails over some post and then no reported violation on it to YA ...and then gotten violated many times on some general subject and no emails

I still find it amazing how much ugliness and anger some people harbor on here. So far, I've not gotten any hate mail......hmmmmmmm, must be doing something wrong...lol.

I've never received an angry e-mail, and I've had about 6 or 7 accounts deleted/suspended.

Probably. If you block the right users, it works wonders. In fact, I'm surprised at just how well it's working and I'm sure I wasn't wrong about the ones I've blocked.

I don't know. . .but like others have said I would block someone that is sending hate e-mails and not open to discussing what it is they have a problem with.

I think so...the other day I got a lot of nasty emails and then I went on vacation and discovered I was deleted....umm that was my alter-ego got suspended...yeah her...
