It's not how rude, it's your politics. If there are some users that don't like what you're saying and give you lots of violation notices, the Y!A team gets involved. If the Y!A team agrees with your politics, they will conspire to turn a blind eye and you can pretty much be as rude as you want to. If they don't, well, it's hasta la vista. I can see why you'd post this question in this category.

Apparently, all you have to do is just upset enough of the Y!A members to report you often enough to get the Y!A team to notice your account.That is the basic way to do it.
