Can i get broadband even though, i've been cut off from BT land line due to late payments?

i just want broadband, someone i know has internet without a phone line . i'm quite sure.

Most providers do a credit check and will learn about your credit history. They may well not provide service.

You could get a wireless card and try to piggy back off of someone elses access point or you could get satelite service and connect that way.
