Absolutely, there is an amazing power in the tongue why do you think there's so much superstitions like "knock on wood" not to say that absolutely everything you say will come to pass, it's not magic but the things you say have a heavy impact.
Speaking things into existence can also mean a self fulfilling prophecy. If you keep accentuating on things you don't like about yourself you'll end up with a low self-esteem, but if you keep talking up your good points to an excessive level that same person would become arrogant.
the tongue has an amazing power, don't abuse it.

If you are speaking in terms of feelings: love, hate, jealousy, etc, then yes. You can talk yourself into having feelings towards someone.
God is the only one who ever "spoke" anything into existence. Could you imagine if he gave all of us this power? Every man would have a life size Barbie on his arm and the rest of us would be living on secluded islands.

Sort of.
Certain speech acts themselves create abstract objects, such as agreements and treaties. For instance, a king can create an alliance with a neighboring kingdom through speaking with the neighboring king. The alliance is not a physical object, of course.
If you want to get really technical, speaking "creates" a sound wave.

i fully believe in speaking things into existence . i claim stuff all the time and it's done. if i need a bill paid i speak it into existence and the next thing i know i have it. life and deaf is in the power of the tongue. those of you who haven't done it try it. it really does work but be careful what you ask for because i asked for more patience and he gave me more trials and tribulations to test my patience out so be careful. but i thank god for my troubles because they shape and mold me into the wonderful woman of god that iam. bless your name father god!

yes and no I dont believe we can create like God can but when we combine our faith with Gods power and faithfulness when we speak it is as if we can speak things into existence. Dont let those who dont really know God dissuade you from the truth. Your faith and faithfulness in God is your "creative power"
Faith is the SUBSTANCE of things hoped for and the EVIDENCE of things not seen. Speaking out your faith is merely proclaiming your victory in Christ. Jesus said that whatever you ask in His name ,believing you have already recieved it, it will be given to you. and just as God spoke things into physical existance we must also take what belongs to us in the spiritual and speak it ,bring it into the physical. The Bible says that whatever we bind in heaven will be bound on earth, and whatever we loose in heaven will be loosed on earth. We have the right to claim what is ours, it was given to us at the cross. We are adopted sons and daughters of God. Because of Jesus Christ we now have all authority in heaven and on earth. Because of Jesus we can go boldly before the throne of grace and find grace to help in a time of need. We can speak to and have personal communion wiith God ,face to face(figuratively), person to person.
and so the answer to your question is...
...as long as we remain in God and in our identity as his children then yes we can speak things into existence
but remember "the power of life and death are in the toungue and those who love it will eat its fruit" becareful what you speak, try to speak positively because no matter how light hearted you are if you say something negative it will yeild negative results you will be amazed at how powerful your words are when you start to learn how to control your tongue. the tongue is a very powerful thing God spoke and things were created and we were created in the image of God so the next time you call someone a name or say something negative about yourself I urge you to rebuke it in Jesus name and counteract it with something positive. This goes for: name calling, sickness, smarts, personal ability, encouraging or discouraging.
this even goes as far as attitudes. but thats enough for now .
Be blessed and empowered to prosper

Words are words they can not misshape the fabric of reality. Actions are what get things done not words.
