Writer's block!!! Any ideas for a heartfelt and meaningful message to be engraved on a silver bracelet that I'm giving my best friend the night before her wedding? I'm the maid of honor and we've maintained our friendship despite living far away from each other. I'd like it to be something that speaks to her and her husband's love rather than just our unique friendship. But if it says something short and sweet about distance and love would be nice.

Confuscious said,
"Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart."
This Browning quote is good for friends and lovers as well:
"So, fall asleep love, loved by me, for I know love, I am loved by thee." ~Robert Browning

i might stay interior the comparable room - except you have a undeniable reason to no longer. My husband and that i lived mutually for over a 12 months earlier getting married, so it extremely did no longer count number precisely what we did on the nighttime earlier the marriage. We shared a tent that nighttime as we've been getting married at an exterior camping out journey. It wasn't a brilliant deal in any respect. that is extremely as much as you what kind of association you ought to make; for some human beings, the ritual surrounding the marriage that is deeply symbolic - for others, no longer lots.

One of my favorite quotes is something along the lines of "When you hold a friend in your heart, it's the same as being with them." Or put something like, "Honored to be your friend." If you want something about the couple, engrave the title of their first dance or wedding song.

I have a ring that's engraved "Love is patient, Love is kind" 1 Corinthians 13:4, if you're into the religious quotes.

some of my fav sayings:
To love and laughter and happily ever after!
Love is, above all else, the gift of oneself
The best proof of love is trust
The road to a friend's house is never long
A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out
A friend is one who knows you and loves you just the same
Fav phrases:
A memory lasts forever
Never does it die
True friends stay together
And never say goodbye
When twilight drops her curtain down
And pins it with a star
Remember that you have a friend
Though she may wander far
Do not walk in front of me
I may not follow
Do not walk behind me
I may not lead
Just walk beside me
and be my friend forever
Friends come and Go..
But true Friends Never Leave...

I would put "Congratulations - Date of Wedding" Then a line below "Her First Name, Last Name-Your First Name,Last Name-BFF. I would put it all in a style called Victoria (IF they have it that is).

You could put their names followed by a heart and the month day and year of the wedding.
Or you could put her name your name and BFF and the date you became friends. If you don't remember that maybe the year.
