I eat a midnight snack every night some times twice a night. I sleep better if I eat something small right before I go to bed. There's nothing wrong with it. I still weigh 112 pounds.

I get home from work sometime at like 11 at night, so I grab a snacks. I eat cearal or sometimes if there is something cooked I eat it. However other times I just don't eat.

If I am at home and hungry late at night I usually have a piece of toast. It's weird, but now it's just habit. . . .If I've been out all night drinking with the girls, we'll stop late night for some french fries! Yummy.

If I don't, I sleep eat...have done it for years...especially if I didn't eat much during a busy day. I usually wake up with a bowl fo cereal in my hands. Last night I woke up eating cherries! I hope I don't choke one of these nights!

for sure.. everything from ramen noodles to crackers and cheese...
i'll just list the food.. cold pizza, quesadillas, iced coffee, icecream, bananas and peanut butter, random sandwiches from turkey to pb and j.. haha i'm sounding like a fatass but i'm not i just eat like one! hopefully my metabolism stays where its at right now.. best wishes to finding delicious midnight snacks!
